eufy Baby Smart Sock Base’s WiFi signal icon in the eufy Baby app will indicate the WiFi connection strength between the Smart Sock Base and router.


Note: Generally speaking, a router’s range can cover up to 3,000 sqft. However, the actual range may vary depending on a number of factors, such as the thickness of walls, building materials, other electronic devices in the house, and the location of your router.


If your Smart Sock Base has either a weak or no signal, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.


  • Please try moving your Smart Sock Base closer to the router.
  • Please make sure there are no other electronic devices next to your Smart Sock Base and the router that could cause interferences.
  • Try using a WiFi range extender to extend your 2.4GHz WiFi signal.
