The PowerConf speakerphone can optimize the clarity and volume of the sound on your end. If you noticed noise comes out on your end, you can check if the following steps can resolve the noise issue:


1. Always keep the speakerphone on the latest firmware version

2. When the speakerphone is working with laptop/desktop, please check if the issue persists when it is connected via a USB cable. 

3. When the speakerphone is working with a mobile device, make sure there are no obstacles between the two devices and avoid Bluetooth interference from other devices.

4. Reset the PowerConf speakerphone and try pairing again to see if the noise can be cleared up.  

5. Test it with a few more calls to further identify whether the issue is caused by your speakerphone or the device used on the other end.
