When the wall charger doesn’t charge your phone properly, please try if any of the following troubleshooting tips being proved helpful:
- Let the charger sit for 5 mins without plugging it into an outlet and also without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and it may resolve the issue.
- Try the charger with a different device and cable.
- Try the charger in other outlets.
