If you have an issue with your PowerConf speakerphone disconnecting or being intermittent, please follow the appropriate steps for the type of connection you are using below:
If there is a USB connection issue:
- Test with another working USB cable and another computer if possible to see if the issue persists.
- Check if the issue persists when the speakerphone is connected with your computer directly with the provided cable instead of via a 3rd-party dock or hub.
- Reset the speakerphone.
If there is a Bluetooth connection issue:
- Update the firmware to the latest version.
- Reset the speakerphone and restart the connected device, then re-pair them to see if the issue has been resolved.
- Test PowerConf with a different device.
