If you have an issue with your PowerConf speakerphone disconnecting or being intermittent, please follow the appropriate steps for the type of connection you are using below:


If there is a USB connection issue:


  • Test with another working USB cable and another computer if possible to see if the issue persists. 
  • Check if the issue persists when the speakerphone is connected with your computer directly with the provided cable instead of via a 3rd-party dock or hub.
  • Reset the speakerphone.
