This instruction will provide you with information on how to control your eufySecurity devices with Amazon Alexa.
What is Amazon Alexa?
Alexa is a virtual assistant AI technology developed by Amazon. It’s connected to the Alexa App, allowing you to easily and quickly manage your smart home devices. Integrating your eufy devices through Amazon Alexa is a simple thing.
What eufy Security Devices are compatible with Alexa?
- eufyCam Series (eufyCam, eufyCam 2, eufyCam 2C, eufyCam 2 Pro, eufyCam 2C Pro)
- eufy SoloCams (Solo E40, Solo L40, Solo S40)
- eufy Battery Doorbells (2K Battery Doorbell, 1080p Battery Doorbell, Battery Doorbell Slim, Battery Doorbell 2C)
- eufy Floodlight cameras (Floodlight Cam 1080p, Floodlight Cam E 2K, Floodlight Cam 2 Pro)
- eufy Wired Cams (IndoorCam 2K, IndoorCam 2K Pan&Tilt, OutdoorCam, OutdoorCam Pro)

Alexa Commands
1. Live Streaming
Discover new smart devices via the “Smart Home” menu in the Alexa App or Alexa voice control. Once the device is found, you can use the following voice commands to view the camera’s Live Stream.
- “Alexa, show me [eufy device name]”
- “Alexa, show my [eufy device name]”
- “Alexa, show the [eufy device name]”
- “Alexa, show [eufy device name]”
Say either of the following to stop viewing your camera’s Livestream.
- “Alexa, stop”
- “Alexa, go home”
Note: Your device’s name for example: “show me [eufy device name]” can be modified in the eufySecurity App. Every time you change your device’s name, you will need to discover this device again to update the name.
2. Voice Prompt of Doorbell
If you have connected the eufy doorbell with Alexa devices, there will be ringing messages automatically delivered to Alexa when someone rings the doorbell; then the device with Alexa will start playing the voice prompt 'someone is ringing the bell'.
3. Unlock and Lock the Smart Lock
If you have connected the eufy smart lock (need Wi-Fi bridge) with Alexa, then you can give the command to Alexa for lock and unlock by voicing your code.
- "Alexa, unlock the [smart lock name]"
- "Alexa, lock the [smart lock name]"
4. Turn On and Turn Off the Floodlight
You can use a voice command to turn on or off the eufy floodlight.
- "Alexa, turn on the floodlight"
- "Alexa, turn off the floodlight"
