The power station is fully charged, but two days later, there is only 10% power left, and no devices are connected.


When any control buttons are turned on, even if no devices are being charged, there will still be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. We recommend turning off the button when you are not using the power station.


If the issue persists, try the following troubleshooting steps:


1. Confirm if you have turned off all the ports (make sure no LED lights are on) when not using the power station.

2. Fully charge the power station, turn off all ports, and leave it unused for 1-2 days to see if the same issue happens.
