Why isn't the data displayed in the Eufy app after the network configuration is complete?(For P2 series and P3)

Smart Scale P2 Pro, Smart Scale P2, Smart Scale P3
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. The data will be transmitted via WiFi only after the measurement is completed. Please make sure the weight or the heart rate data measurement (for P2 Pro only) has been completed.
2. Please make sure the WiFi network's signal strength is strong and stable, and check the WiFi indicator on the scale screen is solid.
3. Drag the eufy Care device tab to refresh, the latest data will be displayed.
