What to do if the Eufy App doesn't sync with the Apple Health/Fitbit/Google Fit?

Modified on: Wed, 10 Dec, 2025 at 11:21 AM

Applicable to:

Smart Scale C1, Smart Scale(T9140), Smart Scale P3

For Android phones, the Eufy App can sync with Fitbit and Google Fit. For iOS phones, the Eufy app can sync with Fitbit and Apple Health.

You will need to pair the scale to your EufyLife account first, then connect your Eufy account to your Apple Health/Fitbit/Google Fit account.

According to Google's new regulations, third-party apps will no longer be able to synchronize data directly with Google Fit. Instead, these apps must be connected to Google Fit through Health Connect. Please complete the download and authorization of Health Connect first.

Health Connect is Google's official health SDK (Software Development Kit), which means that all guidelines for its use and interpretation are indeed provided by Google.

If you have successfully connected your scale to your Eufy account but failed to connect your Eufy account to your Apple Health/Fitbit/ Google Fit account, please go to your Apple Health/Fitbit/Google Fit account accordingly, and turn off all the categories to disconnect it from your Eufy account, then reconnect again to see if it helps.

If the problem remains, please contact us with a short video showing the issue for further assistance.
