SoloCam C210 - Why isn't my camera recording video?

  1. Please make sure your camera is online and the battery has power.
  2. Please make sure you have enabled motion detection in your camera settings. You can go to check from the menu Camera Settings > Motion detection.
  3. Please make sure you have set the suitable motion detection sensitivity level according to the sensitivity setup guide.
  4. Please make sure you have enabled Video Record in the Security mode you have selected. You can go to check from the menu Security > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > Video Record.
  5. If the above steps can't solve your issues, please remove the camera and add it again, and then try again.
