The EufySecurity app will walk you through each security devices’ installation, with step-by-step detailed instructions. You should use the app as your primary guide.
The EufySecurity app helps you to keep an eye on your eufy Security products anywhere you have an Internet connection. In this app, you can watch eufyCams footage, view your garage, visitors, change settings, get activity notifications and more. Here’s an introduction to the basics:

- Add and setup your new eufy Security products

b. Select product type. You can confirm the product type by finding the product name on the packaging.

- Learn about the main function.
a. Account section - located in the upper left corner, this button lets you manage your account, change general settings, and control who has access to your products.
b. Home (Devices) tab - shows all your eufy Security products and their status. Here you can scroll through and select one to manage its features and options.
c. Event tab - collects and stores all alert videos from your eufy Security products.
