SmartTrack Link - Why doesn't the phone ring?

1. For Android phones, only phones with android 8 or above support the find phone function.
2. Make sure the phone finder switch on the app is on.
3. Make sure the phone location is "always allowed" and notification is on.
4. If the phone is too far from the tracker, the phone will not receive the signal from the device.
5. If you are sure that the phone is within range of the tracker, there may be obstructions around the phone, which may prevent the phone from connecting or the ringing sound may be low. Please walk around a few times to try to connect the phone or listen to the ringer.
6. For Android phones, please do not select power optimization.
