No. You do not need to create a new eufy Baby account if you already have an active eufy Baby account. Please refer to Can I add a second Baby Monitor 2 camera to the eufy Baby app? for detailed instructions on how to set up your second Baby Monitor 2 camera using your existing eufy Baby account.
