I Cannot Find My WiFi Network in the eufy Baby App

Modified on: Wed, 10 Dec, 2025 at 11:22 AM

If you have encountered the issue of your eufy Baby Monitor 2 failing to discover your WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

  • Please make sure the SSID of your 2.4GHz WiFi network is not hidden.
  • Please make sure your 2.4GHz WiFi network has a security setting of either WPA or WPA2

Note: Due to WEP being the least secure setting of the current standards, eufy Baby Monitor 2 will not be able to connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network with WEP security setting.

  • Please make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.

Note: eufy Baby Monitor 2 does not support 5GHz WiFi network.

  • The WiFi signal may be too weak. Please try setting up your eufy Baby Monitor 2 closer to the router.
  • Please try to refresh the app screen a few times to check if the list of available WiFi networks will populate on the screen.
