Video Doorbell C30
If your doorbell is offline, please try the following troubleshooting steps to solve the issue:
Battery Level: Ensure the doorbell's battery level is sufficient. Charge the doorbell if the battery level is too low.
Ring Button: Press and release the ring button. If the LED indicator does not light up, open the eufy app and set the doorbell to the “On” position in Doorbell Settings.
Relocation: If you recently moved the doorbell to another location, try placing it closer to the HomeBase.
Re-add the Doorbell: Remove the offline doorbell from the eufy app and then add it again.
HomeBase Connection: Check if your HomeBase is disconnected from the router. The LED indicator on the HomeBase should display a solid blue light; if the indicator is a red light, it indicates that the HomeBase cannot connect to the Internet.
