SoloCam C210Why won’t my device scan the QR code?

1. Try to slowly move your mobile device closer or further to the camera lens. 
2. Decrease or increase the brightness of your mobile device. 
3. Avoid scanning the QR code in the dark or in direct sunlight. 
4. Try to use a large-screen device if possible.
5. Make sure the camera lens is clean.
