SoloCam C210 - What can I do if it shows Unavailable or Waiting on the Enabled Devices?

If it shows “Unavailable”, it means the system is unable to get the phone’s status currently or within 24h. Or the phone has disabled the location service or does not grant the location permission to the eufySecurity app.

If you want to solve this issue, please ask the phone’s owner to log in to the eufySecurity app, then enable the phone’s location services and grant the location permission to the eufySecurity app.

If it shows “Waiting…”, it means the system has sent the Geofencing invitation to your family’s phone, please ask your family member to open the eufySecurity app and accept the invitation and enable the phone’s location services and grant the location permission to the eufySecurity app.

The phone with the status "Unavailable" or "Waiting..." will not be used for the Geofencing.
