SoloCam C210 - Server connection issues in the setup process

If you're having trouble uploading data or performing operations to the eufy server, you might have encountered one of the issues below:

  1. Internet limitation - check the Wi-Fi Settings in your router, and remove the limitation of the camera connecting with the server.
  2. Server busy - service is probably stalled due to too many devices uploading at the same time, you can try again later.
  3. CODE 1003 - failed to activate your camera on the eufy Server.
  4. CODE 1004 - failed to link your camera and your account in the eufy Server.
  5. CODE 2013 - failed to set up the P2P connection.
