SoloCam C210 - About Activation

After creating an account, you must link your email to receive news, notifications, and security-related info. After you setup your account and password, you need to activate your Eufy Security account in your mailbox, to ensure that you can receive our news properly. The eufy team will send out an activation email to the email address you signed up with within 15 minutes. If you did not receive the activation email:
1. Please check your Spam folder.
2. Check that the account information you provided is accurate. Check the EufySecurity app that the correct account is in use. If not, return to the last step and sign up with the correct account.
3.Check if you submitted the same email address multiple times. You might have received multiple activation emails. The latest activation email voids previous one you received. Please find the latest activation email and click the activation link.
4.If all the methods above failed, please contact us.
