If there are too many false detections being triggered by the Wall Light Cam, please try to adjust the following settings in the app.

1. Please narrow the activity zone an activity zone is set up. Steps: device tab> “...”icon> Settings > Motion Detection > Activity Zone.
2. Please reduce motion sensitivity. Steps: device tab> “...”icon> Settings > Motion Detection > Motion Sensitivity.
3. Choose the Human mode as the Detection Type. Steps: device tab> “...”icon> Settings > Motion Detection > Detection Types > Human.

If the problem persists, please contact us and provide us with the following information for further analysis.

1. A picture showing your activity zone if an activity zone is set up. Steps: device tab> “...”icon> Settings > Motion Detection > Activity Zone.
2. A picture showing the Motion Detection settings.
3. A picture or a video showing events that were falsely triggered.
