I didn't hear the sound after the SYNC button was pressed:
1. Please press the SYNC button for at least 5 seconds.
2. Please check if the power adapter is properly plugged in.
The LED didn't turn blue after the SYNC button was pressed:
It means the device is still booting. Please wait for 1 minute until the LED is flashing red.
