My eufy S220 SoloCam Has a Weak WiFi Signal

The signal strength icon in the eufy Security app will show the current connection strength between your S220 SoloCam and the router. If your S220 SoloCam has a weak WiFi signal, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

  • Please try moving the router closer to the S220 SoloCam, if possible.
  • Please verify there are no obstacles or devices nearby the router that could cause signal interference.
