Does eufy S220 SoloCam support eufy Cloud backup?

No. Please note that eufy S220 SoloCam cannot subscribe to eufy Cloud backup. All video recordings are saved to the built-in 8GB eMMC local storage on the camera. However, you also have the option of connecting your S220 SoloCam to your eufy HomeBase 3 and store video recordings on the HomeBase.
