Troubleshooting update issue for Wall Light Cam

If you're having trouble updating the Wall Light Cam's firmware or the Wall Light Cam's light does not solid blue after you update manually, it might be due to the following reasons:
- Wall Light Cam offline-Check if your Wall Light Cam's light flashing red, or the status of the Wall Light Cam in the eufy Security app. If it is offline, reset the Wi-Fi in your house, or change the Wi-Fi in the eufy Security app by going to Wall Light Cam Settings> General> Wi-Fi Connection. Also, check to make sure the Wall Light Cam has a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Wall Light Cam power off - Check if the Wall Light Cam's plug is plugged into the socket.
- Weak Wi-Fi signal - If you find that the Wall Light Cam LED flashing red, but the status in the eufy Security app still displays it as updating. It could be the updated status of the syncing between the device and the eufy Security app might be affected by the network signal. lf you are not sure whether the update is successful or not, you can check the current firmware version in the eufy Security app >Wall Light Cam Settings> General> About Device> Check For Firmware Update.
