Indoor Cam C220 Offline

If the camera’s status is shown as offline on the eufy Security app’s home screen, or the LED is red after you’ve set up and connected it to the app, you may see some blank spots in your Events video, or you may not be able to view your live video stream. It might encounter these issues:
- Unstable Wi-Fi connection - You might see this message in the eufy Security app when the camera is offline. If the camera is installed far from your router, the Wi-Fi signal has to go through walls, which will attenuate. If the signal is not strong, make sure the camera is able to receive a strong Wi-Fi signal.
- Incorrect Wi-Fi password - If you’ve changed your router or Wi-Fi settings recently, it’s likely that your camera just needs to be updated with the new Wi-Fi network details. Go to camera's Settings > Change Wi-Fi.
- Check the status of the eufy service. Occasionally, when the eufy service is down, your camera’s status will show as offline. Check the status later to see if it is back online.
- Check the eufy Security app version - make sure you have the latest version. You can download it for free from the App Store or Google Play. To make sure you have the newest version, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Turn off the cellular data and Bluetooth on your phone and try again.
- Try performing on a different mobile device.
- Perform a hard reset on your camera by holding down the “Setup/Reset” button for 10 seconds, wait 30 seconds for it to reboot, and repeat the setup process.
