Where can we purchase the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro?
As of the end of July, Floodlight Cam 2 Pro is only available in the United States, and the product launch time in other countries (CA, EU, AU, etc) is yet to be determined. Please stay tuned!
Dose Floodlight Cam 2 Pro support 5GHz Wi-Fi ?
No. Floodlight Cam needs to connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported. For more details, please refer to Compatibility and requirements for Floodlight camera.
Does Floodlight Cam 2 Pro connect to eufyCam HomeBase?
No, Floodlight Cam 2 Pro does not require a HomeBase or hub to work; it connects directly to Wi-Fi. For users who have a eufy HomeBase and would like the Floodlight Cam to save videos on HomeBase, please stay tuned.
Can Floodlight Cam 2 Pro record 24/7?
No. Floodlight Cam 2 Pro records motion-activated events. The 3 motion detectors and extra-long detection range ensure that every event is captured. But it does not support continuous recording.
Does Floodlight Cam 2 Pro support Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple HomeKit?
It supports Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant, but it doesn’t support HomeKit. For Alexa and Google Assistant set up, please learn more about Using Amazon Alexa and Using Google Assistant for eufySecurity Devices.
Is Floodlight Cam 2 Pro weatherproof?
This product meets IP65 (dustproof and waterproof) requirements. The Floodlight Cam 2 Pro is ready for inclement weather, such as heavy rain, snow, fog, and more. It has been strictly tested for waterproofing, corrosion resistance, frost resistance, and outdoor durability.
Are the LED bulbs replaceable on the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro?
No, Floodlight Cam 2 Pro’s bulbs aren’t replaceable. The LED bulbs can be used for over 100,000 hours.
How bright is eufy Floodlight Cam 2 Pro?
eufy Floodlight Cam 2 Pro has 3000 lumens of brightness. The color temperature of LED bulbs can change from warm to cold light (3000~5700K).
How far can the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro see?
Based on eufy’s internal testing, it can see a human form as far as 40 ft away.
Do eufy Floodlight LED bulbs turn on during the day when detecting motions?
No. In the daytime, the sun is full of light, and the lighting has no obvious lighting effect. It is more energy saving to turn on the light at night.
What’s the capacity of the internal storage on Floodlight Cam 2 Pro?
Floodlight Cam 2 Pro has 8GB of local storage built-in for motion-triggered recordings.
It can store around 10-15 days worth of videos (30 clips a day and 60 seconds recording of each clip).
The old clips will be looped recorded over by newer clips when the storage is full.
Can I upgrade the storage of Floodlight Cam 2 Pro?
No. Built-in 8GB eMMC on local storage can not be upgraded at present.
Do I need to subscribe to a cloud backup plan to record video?
No. Recording footage doesn’t require a subscription. Footage is saved to the built-in storage on Floodlight Cam 2 Pro if you don’t subscribe to a cloud backup service.

Does Floodlight Cam 2 pro have a warranty?
Yes. Floodlight Cam 2 pro has a 1-year limited warranty.
If someone steals the camera and I don't have a HomeBase will the video have already been transferred to my app or will the footage be lost?
If a thief steals the device and resets it, the data on the camera will be inaccessible. It is recommended to download important data to your phone, or back it up with cloud backup.
