What should I do if there is a noise while the Smart Display E10 is charging?

If the noise level is minimal and the Smart Display E10 is charging properly, it is a normal phenomenon. If you notice a louder noise accompanied by high temperature and a burning smell, please stop charging the device immediately and contact eufy Support Engineers for assistance.
