Failed to Add eufy Baby Camera to eufy SpaceView Pro

If your eufy Baby Camera failed to pair with eufy Baby Monitor, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Note: Please make sure the monitor has been fully charged and the camera is plugged into a wall outlet using its power adapter and cable. Additionally, please make sure both the monitor and the camera are on the same firmware version. Please visit https://support.eufy.com/s/article/Baby-Monitor-Firmware-Upgrade-Manual-New for a detailed step-by-step guide on how to update the firmware.

Please press and hold the power button on the monitor for 2 seconds to power on the baby monitor > press the Menu button on the monitor to enter menu settings > scroll down to find the Camera icon > select Add Camera and follow the instructions on the monitor to start the pairing process > press and hold the SYNC button on the camera for 2 seconds until it emits a beeping sound > Camera will automatically pair with the monitor to complete the process.
