How can I fix the screen not streaming on my Baby Monitor E20/E21?

If your monitor is connected to one camera:

  1. Unplug the Power Cable: Disconnect the camera's charging cable from the power source.

  2. Restart the Camera: Press and hold the camera's power button for three seconds to restart it.

  3. Check the Connection: Wait a moment for the monitor to automatically connect to the camera.

  4. Manual Connection (if needed):

    • Access the monitor's menu.

    • Navigate to the camera settings.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to add the camera to the monitor.

If your monitor is connected to two cameras:

  1. Network Check: Ensure both cameras are connected to the same Wi-Fi network or mesh system.

  2. Disable Smart Connect:

    • Access the monitor's settings.

    • Disable the “Smart Connect” feature.

    • Try reconnecting the cameras to the monitor.
