If you have a NEBULA projector running on Android and you are experiencing issues connecting to a Wi-Fi network, please try the following steps:

  1. Make sure the date and time on your projector is up to date by going to Settings > General > Date and Time.

  2. Make sure your projector and router are within 3 m of each other and that your other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi network without issues.

  3. Try to connect your projector to your phone's hotspot or another Wi-Fi network to see if the issue persists.

  4. Open the router's configuration interface and try the following:

    1. If the current router encryption method is WPA3, turn on PMF (Protected Management Frames).

  1. Try to change the router encryption method to WPA or WPA2.

  2. Try to switch the router's 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi band.

  3. Try to turn off the router's IPv6 protocol.

  1. Reset the projector in Settings > About > Recovery or Settings > General > About > Recovery.

  2. Restart or reset the router.

If the above solutions cannot solve your issue, please contact us for assistance. Make sure to mention that you have tried the steps above and tell us your router model, so our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
