What should I do if apps keep crashing?(Android TV System)

If your Nebula projectors running the Android TV operating system and got app crash issue, please try the following steps:

1. Try another Wi-Fi network and update the firmware via Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update.

2. Check if your time zone is accurate via Settings > Device Preferences > Date & Time.

3. Clear data via Settings > Apps > See All Apps > Google Play Store > [App Name] > Clear Data / Clear Cache.

4. Restart your Nebula projector via Settings > Device Preferences > Restart

If this issue persists, please contact us with a short video showing the issue if possible. Additionally, please mention that you have already tried the listed steps to avoid being asked to repeat them by our team
